Angel Densetsu

This is about a highschool boy named Kitano that looks like a demon (at least that’s how the people decribed his looks). Oftentimes misunderstood due to his scary gaze and end up in different gang rumor. He end up taking the title “bancho”, which is head of school (like a godfather of sort in highschool setting) without doing anything. But in reality, he has a soft personality and scared of violence. The people he defeated by accident became his underling and he is not even aware of it. The fact that its not turned into a full blown anime is beyond me. The OVA just makes me hunger for more episodes but alas, none to date. I read this manga over ten times now and I still find myself laughing and still wanting this to be animated.
